Context of PSOS

The Psos-System has three public components that provide different needs to other systems. Psos is a rest api that allows other applications to analyse proteins and get the results back. PSOV2 visualizes these results. Dbxref-API is another rest api that resolves dbxrefs and retrieves the data for PSOV2 and any other application.

GenDB, Edgar and Bakta are represent other applications that integrate psos.
